## Business Facade Program

# The Municipality of the District of Chester (MOC) supports the revitalization of commercial storefronts and the role this plays in our ability to attract people and grow our economy.

# Attractive community cores encourage both residents and visitors to spend more time in our community, which supports successful local businesses.

# MOC's Business Façade Program supports improvements to the ‘curb appeal’ of businesses, contributing to the attractiveness and sense of local community character of our community cores.

##### The goals of the Business Façade Program are to:

Under the program, MOC will contribute up to 50% of approved, eligible costs to a maximum of $5,000 per project. The program is open to customer-facing businesses and not-for-profit organizations, within core commercial zones, for customer-facing and exterior improvements only. Deadline is November 30.
